Terrier Group

Cindy VogelsTogether with my mother (Jackie Gottlieb) I have shown Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers since 1968. Under the Andover prefix we have bred over 100 American champions including multiple specialty, group and Best in Show winners. We've had many top producers including the top producing Terrier dam of all time.

I have also bred champion Kerry Blue, Welsh and Norfolk Terriers and Brittanys.

I am a past president of the Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier Club of America and presently serve as their AKC Delegate. I was elected to a three-year term on the Delegates' Canine Health Committee. I'm secretary and show chairman for Evergreen Colorado KC and also serve on the Board of Directors for the Canine Health Foundation and the Board of Trustees for Take the Lead.

Currently I'm approved to judge the Terrier group, fifteen sporting breeds and Junior Showmanship. I write a bi-monthly award-winning column for the AKC Gazette (Better Breeding) and have had a number of feature article published by the Gazette.

A graduate of New England Conservatory of Music with a performance degree in Flute, I also hold a Master of Music degree in history from the University of Colorado. Married to David for 26 years, we have one grown son. A native of Rockville Centre, NY, I have lived in the Denver area for more than 30 years where we raise and show champion Morgan horses under the Andover prefix. Other hobbies include sports, traveling and needlework.
