WESTMINSTER BY THE NUMBERS Once again, the Westminster entry supports its standing as America's Dog Show: It is the only dog show with all the best dogs in the same place at the same time. Based on dogs of all breeds defeated in 2005: Every one of the top 48 dogs in America is entered at Westminster in 2006 66 of the top 67 96 of the top 100 The highest ranked dog not entered is Ch. Dieudonne Impyrial Acclaim, the Great Pyrenees that won the Working Group here in 2005 and retired mid-year with enough points to be #49 in the Top Dog statistics at year's end. The #1 dog in 149 of the 165 breeds and varieties is entered at Westminster 130. Four Group winners and 94 Best of Breed winners from 2005 return to defend their titles in 2006. The returning Group winners are the Bloodhound, Ch Heathers Knock On Wood (Hound Group); the Norfolk Terrier, Ch. Cracknor's Cause Celebre (Terrier Group); the Pekingese, Ch.
