Mrs. Dorothy Collier

Mrs. Dorothy Collier is a native New Yorker and has been active in the sport of purebred dogs since 1968, exhibiting Old English Sheepdogs, Doberman Pinschers and Komondors. Her Summithill Kennels produced many champions and several Best In Show winning Komondors. She started judging in the early 1980s and is now licensed to judge the Working and Herding breeds and groups. Mrs. Collier has judged in many foreign countries. She now lives in the mountains of Western North Carolina, enjoying her hobbies of golf, croquet and gardening. In addition to judging Westminster Best In Show in 1997, she judged the Working Group in 1994, 2000, and 2011 and the Herding Group in 2005. This is her 14th Westminster assignment.
