Take-Down Procedure
Upon receipt and verification of a proper notice, Westminster Kennel Club will, at its sole discretion, remove or disable access to the infringing material. To the extent possible, Westminster Kennel Club will notify the alleged infringer in writing after removal. Advance notice of removal is generally not possible.
Termination for Repeat Infringement
Westminster Kennel Club reserves the right to terminate access to any or all of its software and services for any party found to be a repeat infringer of copyright.
