MS. LINDA C. MORE of CARY, NORTH CAROLINA was first fascinated with the dog show world as a child, competing in obedience and juniors with Shetland Sheepdogs. Eventually breeding and showing Shelties evolved into a professional handling career where she exhibited breeds representing all groups. Upon retiring from handling in 1991 she was first approved to judge the Herding group. From 1997 to 2003 Ms. More worked for the American Kennel Club, first as a conformation executive field representative in Texas and then in the Raleigh, North Carolina office. After Shelties Ms. More owned German Shepherd Dogs and now has a Border Collie with titles in agility, tracking and scent work. She resumed judging in 2003 and is approved for the Sporting, Hound, Terrier and Herding groups, four Working breeds, Poodles, some Toy breeds, Best in Show and Junior Showmanship. This is her third judging assignment at Westminster.
