MRS. AMY BOOTH of Mims, Florida was raised going to dog shows with her parents, Joseph and Agnes Rodrigues, who bred and competed with Brittanys in All-Breed shows and Obedience and Field Trials. 

As a handler, Mrs. Booth apprenticed for some of the nation's top professional handlers beginning in 1983, and in 1988, she garnered second place in Junior Showmanship at Westminster. She was an AKC Registered All-Breed Professional Handler from 2008 to 2019.  

Over the years, Mrs. Booth has bred: Brittanys, Smooth Fox Terriers, and Golden Retrievers with great success, including numerous Champions, several Best in Specialty Show winners, Group winners, and four generations of All-Breed Best in Show winners. In 2010, her Smooth Fox Terrier, Dodger, was the #1 All-Breeds in the U.S. and still holds the record for the top winning dog of his breed with 105 Best in Shows in the U.S. and 83 in Brazil.

Currently, she is the American Brittany Club's Judge's Education Committee Chairman, has been a member of the American Fox Terrier Club (AFTC) since 2000 and is currently serving on the AFTC Board. This is her first judging assignment at Westminster.
