MRS. ROSALIND KRAMER OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA became involved in the sport of purebred dogs at the age of 12, exhibiting and breeding Wire Fox Terriers. In the late 1970’s she became a handler’s apprentice, then handler, and learned the true art of trimming and training terriers. She handled all Terrier, Hound, and Toy breeds, winning best in show with many terriers and toys, including some of the top dogs in the country. In 2005, Mrs. Kramer went to work for the American Kennel Club as an Executive Field Representative and head of Judges Education.

Mrs. Kramer has served as a board member of the Detroit Kennel Club and Wire Fox Terrier Club of the Central States, and Judges Education Chair for The American Fox Terrier Club. Mrs. Kramer lives with her husband Andrew and five Wire Fox Terriers and one Norfolk Terrier. Today, she is approved for the Terrier, Toy, and Hound groups and best in show. Mrs. Kramer has judged numerous national specialties and best in show at the Montgomery County Kennel Club all-terrier dog show. This is her third judging assignment at Westminster.
