The Sensation Cocktail with Aviation Gin 

The Westminster Kennel Club brings you The Sensation cocktail with Aviation Gin. A classic cocktail to enjoy during an iconic American dog show. Aviation Gin helped establish a new style of American gin - softer and smoother, with juniper in the background and citrus and floral notes in the front - resulting in more cocktails. Aviation is crafted in small batches in Portland, Oregon.

The Sensation 

2 oz. Aviation Gin 

¾ oz. Lemon Juice

¾ oz. Simple Syrup 

5 Muddled Blackberries 

Garnish with Lemon Peel 

Shake with ice and strain into a Coupe or Martini glass

Enjoy while watching the 144th Annual Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show LIVE on FS1 on Monday, Feb. 10 and Tuesday, Feb. 11 and the one-hour Westminster Kennel Club Highlight Show presented by Purina Pro Plan on Sunday, Feb. 23.
