I hereby irrevocably consent to and authorize The Westminster Kennel Club (“WKC”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns, its legal representatives, and those acting with its authority and permission the absolute right to copyright and use, re-use, broadcast, and re-broadcast at any time and from time to time any photographic, audio, or video footage taken of me and/or dogs I represent (the “Footage”) in publicizing, promoting, and advertising WKC’s products and services. My name, likeness, and statements regarding WKC may be used for editorial, commercial, or trade purposes in any medium, now or hereafter known, including but not limited to print, website, broadcast, television, cablecast, webcast, streaming audio and video, motion pictures, audio and/or visual cassette, DVD, computer, social media, or internet images and closed-circuit production, or any other medium now known or hereafter invented. I understand that my performance and any statements I have made may be edited as WKC sees fit and that WKC has no obligation to use the Footage. I further acknowledge that the Footage may be used in whole or in part.
I hereby waive any rights I may have to inspect or approve the Footage or any related finished product or products which incorporate such footage, or the written or spoken copy, or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the uses to which it is applied.
I hereby release and discharge WKC, its licensees, assignees, and anyone they authorize to use, broadcast, or exhibit any material supplied by me, from and on account of all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with their use, broadcast, or exhibition, including any and all claims for invasion of the rights of privacy, publicity, libel, defamation, or otherwise, as well as claims for what might be deemed to be misrepresentation of my image due to distortions, alteration, blurring, optical illusion, use in composite or edited form or faulty reproduction, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the shooting of the Footage or in any subsequent processing or editing thereof.
I hereby warrant and represent that I am authorized to grant the rights granted hereunder and that this Release does not in any way conflict with any existing commitment that would cause me to be unable to enter into and fully perform the services and grant the rights specified by this agreement.
I warrant that I am of full legal age (18 years or older) and I have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents thereof.
