The Biewer Terrier was developed in Germany in the 1980s. This whimsical toy breed is light-hearted, intelligent, and amusing. The Biewer Terrier is an elegant, long-haired dog with a breed signature ponytail. Their fun-loving, childlike attitude makes them a devoted, loyal, and obedient companion, despite being mischievous at times. An easy going dog, they move with confidence and grace. Biewer Terriers are friendly with all animals. Their uniquely colored, flowing, soft, silky coat comes in blue/black and gold/tan, and gold/tan and white colors with its straight hair, parted in the middle, hanging close to the ground.
